Estimated delivery time for FREE shipping within Nepal is 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery time for international shipping is 14-28 business days (depending on your country). Because customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it might take to clear your customs agency. A lot of our customers outside the Nepal report little to no duties/taxes were due upon receipt of their shipment.
gognwatch.com ship internationally daily! All orders are processed and shipped out by 5pm, Monday through Friday on regular business days. Orders placed/received after 12:00pm will be processed the next business day.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither G&W (gognwatch.com), nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to G&W (gognwatch.com) within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.
